Her career includes senior leadership roles at Vodacom, First Capital Bank, Kleinwort Benson, and private education institutions, where she led initiatives in IFRS financial reporting, internal controls, digital transformation, and strategic forecasting. Carolina’s expertise bridges both operational and advisory functions, with a consistent focus on delivering practical, high-impact solutions.
